Our Fit on the Go programs are targeted to individuals ready to incorporate more components of what it means to be fit into their lives such as; strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular activities that get your heart rate into the right zone.
Whether you belong to a fitness club or not, there are a multitude of activities you can try such as cycling, jogging, or circuit training to increase your fitness level, but the key is having a plan and a coach to tell you how much to do to get results. Our Fit on the Go program is here to help. Based on your own level of fitness, from moderate walking to marathon running, our program incorporates the following components to keep you motivated and on target to reach your goals:
Personal Coaching Technology - including the M2 Personal Smart Coach –a small feedback computer programmed with your personal health and fitness goals that you wear every day while at home, work or play –doing the things you enjoy
Health Coaches & Program Planning - nutritionists, personal trainers & life coaches available for when expert guidance, support and encouragement is needed to reach your goals – having a plan is key to achieving success.
MYTRAK Health Community - our online meeting place that provides the social support needed to succeed, a place where sharing and chatting is encouraged – here you can join interest groups, participate in friendly challenges and be inspired by others - all at the click of a mouse
AT-Home Fitness Training - exclusive exercise devices and corresponding DVD’s created to enhance your activity program, all done in the privacy of your home. My Wand is our exclusive 30 minute core-training and cardio circuit designed to target those all important core muscles necessary for all activities/sports.
