M2 is your lifestyle activity smart coach. This small, sleek computer is programmed with your health and fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight or get more active, M2 guides you throughout your day, while at home, work or play, engaged in daily activities you enjoy, living your normal lifestyle.
It’s easy and fun! Our system utilizes a feedback interface on the centre of the M2, the health circle - it tracks your activity and energy spent. The circle consists of 3 colors; red, yellow, and green, designed to communicate how well you are doing in reaching your health and fitness goals. MYTRAK challenges you to increase your level of activity as your fitness improves.

MYTRAK recommends that you complete at least 20 minutes of healthy heart activity each day. M2 determines your heart health without a heart rate belt, by measuring the intensity of your activity. When using a heart rate belt, M2 displays whether your current heart rate is within the suggested range, in real time. On-line, your My Heart results are plotted over time and training zone. View your ideal range within one easy glance.

My Energy refers to your energy or caloric burn. Whether it is quick successions of high intensity exercise or long sessions of low intensity exercise such as walking or just being active, your daily energy burn is expected to reach a specific target based on your personal goals. As you progress towards your goal, the light changes from Red to Yellow to Green.
On-line, your My Energy results are plotted over time, indicating what days, activities, and routines give you the best results. A pie chart shows you how much intensity you are achieving from your workout or lifestyle.


My Health displays a projection of your health based on the level of physical activity compared to your goal. The more active you become - the more your health improves… further encouraging you to go for green. On-line, your My Health information is plotted on a graph along with your overall goal.
