Through the use of a device called an M2 Personal Smart Coach, MYTRAK provides members with a way to capture daily activity and analyze it instantaneously, giving them feedback on how they are progressing with respect to their goals. M2 is a small, portable device clipped onto a belt or waistband and uses advanced technology to detect movement of the body in any plane of motion. It is programmed with the members’ health goals and personal biometrics. Through a series of coloured lights, it lets the member know if they are on target or need to increase their activity a little bit or a lot more in order to reach their daily and overall goals.
Green is the color to strive for; it means the member is on target to reaching their goals whether they are targeted towards fitness & lifestyle, weight loss or maintenance. Yellow means they are close and need to increase their activity level a bit to be on target, and red means they have some work to do in order to reach their goals.

Synchronization:
M2 syncs easily with the members’ computer, uploading all of the data M2 has collected and analyzed to the MYTRAK Community via a Personal Dashboard. The Personal Dashboard is the single point of entry to all of the programs the online MYTRAK Health Community has to offer. From here members can access their own personal reports, stats, nutritional plans, fitness plans, and messaging from the community of M2 members and coaches. M2 can also sync via a wireless ‘hot spot’ set up in offices for employees, in seniors residence facilities, in schools for children’s programs, in fitness clubs and other area where members are located in groups…even a household.
